Grapes are hand harvested and gently pressed after which the juice is run into French barriques for fermentation to give texture and weight. A creamy, rich layered wine, the apricot and honeysuckle aromas are enhanced not dominated by the wood. Weighty and a real delight with rich shellfish dishes or white meats.
