Order Cancellation

If you wish to cancel your order, you may:

• Email us at [email protected] before the goods have been dispatched; or
• Telephone us on 01481 249249.

Where an order has not yet been dispatched, a full refund will be provided.

Once goods have been dispatched, cancellation may not be possible and any return request will be handled in accordance with the Returns Policy below.

Returns

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request to return goods within 2 working days of receipt.

To be eligible for return:

• Goods must be unused and in a re-saleable condition.
• Goods must be returned in their original packaging.
• Returns must be authorised by us before being sent back.

The cost of returning goods will be the responsibility of the customer unless the goods were supplied incorrectly, damaged in transit, or faulty.

Returns will not be accepted where:

• The product has been opened, consumed or used.
• The goods are not in a re-saleable condition.
• Prior authorisation has not been obtained from us.

Damaged, Faulty or Incorrect Goods

Customers should inspect goods upon delivery.

If any item is damaged, faulty or incorrectly supplied, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery by telephone or email.

Where a claim is accepted, we may offer:

• A replacement product;
• A credit note; or
• A refund.

Photographic evidence may be requested to support any claim.

Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method used to place the order.

We aim to process refunds within 5 to 10 working days of approval. However, the time taken for funds to appear in your account may vary depending on your card issuer or bank.

Delivery charges will only be refunded where goods are faulty, damaged or supplied incorrectly
