In this region the family started making wine over 90 years ago before moving from here to Verona. This area is particularly renowned for the cultivation of the Primitivo grape. Here viticulture has ancient origins, dating back to time of Magna Grecia. A wine with a depth of colour; a warm nose that reveals intense cherry and plum aromas; warm and rich, harmonious on the palate.2 x Montepulciano d'Abruzzo San GiorgioMedium bodied with lots of black cherries, bramble fruits, herbs and violets. Easy drinking, round and soft finish.2 x Chianti Antico FregioVery supple and juicy with notes of black cherry, Morello cherry, red plums and raspberry jam. This is balanced and easy drinking with mulberries and damsons on the finish.2 x Arneis Roero AlasiaA full flavoured, rounded dry white with ripe pear fruit, almond and tropical notes. The palate is textural and spicy with stone fruit and baked apple characters and a savoury, lightly nutty finish.2 x Malvasia Puglia IGT PasquaIts fragrance is subtle and delicate, with hints of exotic fruits. Its flavour is dry, tangy and well–balanced, with good acidity and length.2 x Pinot Grigio Rose San GiorgioPale pink in colour with pretty pear, bubblegum and rosehip aromas and flavours.
