1 x Can Leandro La Lloma Bonicaire-Monastrell Valencia
This wine represents a new wave approach to wine in south-east Spain. Fresh, perfumed aromas of red fruit with lightly floral notes. Spicy, bright and slightly wild with touches of herbs like rosemary, and black olives in the background, alongside juicy cherry fruit and florality. The palate is bright and elegant with red berry and forest fruit characters, gentle but persistent sandy tannins and juicy acidity.

1 x Albanta Albarino Rias Baixas
Sharp aromas of fleshy fruits (acid pineapple, apricot and peach) with a light vegetable background. Significant volume in the mouth, unctuous, saline, contained acidity and subtle finish. Smoothness initially, tied to the palate. Highlighting the typical characteristics of the grape variety and its harmony.

1 x Diez Siglos Verdejo Rueda
Intense aromas of stone fruit, tangerine oil and citrus. A rounded and complex palate, with peach and apricot fruit and notes of grass and fennel. Textural, though bright and pure with a long finish.

1 x Pasion de Bobal Rosado
Pale, Provence-style pink in colour with fresh strawberry, redcurrant and white flower aromas with a hint of rose. Nicely-balanced with clean, bright acidity, some minerality adding palate weight, and red berries and cream on the finish.
