Description
A wonderfully expressive nose of spice, blackberry, blackcurrant and black cherry. There is clove, vanilla and cinnamon on the warm, rounded, flavourful palate. Fragrant, balanced and delicious with well managed tannins this would make a great match with red meat dishes such as Beef Wellington.
