1 x Pol Roger White Foil Brut Reserve Champagne
The definitive house-style, composed from 30 still base wines drawn from at least three vintages, and the three varieties of Champagne, Pinot Noir, Chardonnay and Pinot Meunier blended in equal portions. The Pinot Noir comes from the villages of the Montagne de Reims and contributes body and character; the Chardonnay comes from Epernay itself and the Cote des Blancs and provides lightness and elegance; the Pinot Meunier comes from the Vallee de la Marne and provides youthfulness and vigour. The perfect aperitif champagne which is never released until it is at least three years old.

1 x Domaine Garnier et Fils Chablis
Proof that the 2022 vintage in Chablis has produced really classic steely wines. The soils of Maligny, Ligny et Villy make up, in order of importance, the blend for this Chablis where each commune brings its own character. The pale yellow with hints of green marks the arrival of Chablis , whilst the floral and cut grass aromas blend with chalky flintiness.

1 x Domaine Michel Thomas et Fils Sancerre Blanc
From a father and son with an absolute passion for their vines, this is a vibrant, mineral, thoroughbred classic from Central Loire. Sancerre – the world’s greatest expression of Sauvignon, a wine of superb elegance and complexity.

1 x Domaine de la Vieille Tour Cotes de Provence Rose
This is a perfect pale pink wine that is very drinkable. Delicate with lovely sweet fruit from varietal Grenache grapes, the nose is perfumed with pretty ripe berry characters. On the palate it is soft, pleasantly fruity, fresh, juicy and savoury. Clean and well balanced with some depth, it is so exquisite and proves why Provence rosé is just so enjoyable!

1 x Altos Las Hormigas Malbec Mendoza
Deep ruby with a hint of blue on the rim. The nose displays traditional notes of red fruits, cherries and freshly picked plums. This wine is all about freshness – the palate is supple and juicy, with soft but structured tannins and a pleasant finish.

1 x Izadi Reserva Rioja
This Rioja Reserva has a fresh and fragrant nose, boasting aromas of redcurrant, cherry and plum with notes of tobacco, liquorice and earthy undertones. The palate is pure and concentrated with a long, fruit-forward finish. One of the most elegent Riojas on the market.
