2 x Pol Roger White Foil Brut Reserve Champagne
The definitive house-style, composed from 30 still base wines drawn from at least three vintages, and the three varieties of Champagne, Pinot Noir, Chardonnay and Pinot Meunier blended in equal portions. The Pinot Noir comes from the villages of the Montagne de Reims and contributes body and character; the Chardonnay comes from Epernay itself and the Cote des Blancs and provides lightness and elegance; the Pinot Meunier comes from the Vallee de la Marne and provides youthfulness and vigour. The perfect aperitif champagne which is never released until it is at least three years old.

2 x Louis Regnier Grand Reserve Brut Champagne
The Champagne the French drink! Made by Champagne Haton, who are in the top 10 in France for domestic sales, this is a soft Champagne, balancing bright pear and apple fruits with a crisp edge. Zesty lemony finish with gentle sweetness on the finish. Stunning value.

2 x Jules Feraud Brut Champagne
An extremely appealing nose of caramel and buttered toast, grilled nuts and pistachio shells. This is a flavoursome champagne with a nuts and crumble palate, fresh acidity and a long length.

2 x Domaine Garnier et Fils Chablis
Proof that the 2021 vintage in Chablis has produced really classic steely wines. The soils of Maligny, Ligny et Villy make up, in order of importance, the blend for this Chablis where each commune brings it’s own character. The pale yellow with hints of green marks the arrival of Chablis , whilst the floral and cut grass aromas blend with chalky flintiness.

2 x J. Moreau & Fils Chablis Reserve de Montagiu
This fruity and vivid wine presents a nice golden color and a floral nose with notes of white fruits (apple, pear) typical of Chablis terroir. This wine shows a nice gustatory attack with mineral and chalky hints and a perfect balance in mouth.

2 x La Chablisienne Pas Si Petit Petit Chablis
Pale-yellow color, the wine is crystal clear and brilliant. First, the aromas combine ripped white fruits with hints of vineyard peach. After airing, freshness and complexity become more intense. Long-lasting wine. The palate is rich, fresh and well-balanced. The wine has a fine volume. The final offers white flower notes. Nice length.
