The Bulgarian coriander has an aromatic, almost gingery orange flavour, which marries beautifully with the softer, more rounded harmonies of blueberries and blackberries. The dry, bitter sweet peel of Murcian oranges, prolong the deeper tones give Brockman”s its distinctive taste.
