Description

1 x Plantagenet Three Lions Sauvignon Blanc
This wine is pale lemon in colour with aromas of tropical and stone fruits, gooseberry and subtle herbaceous notes. On the palate are flavours of guava, ripe white nectarine and a slate-like minerality. The delicate acidity provides a crisp, dry finish.

1 x Paulett Riesling Clare Valley
The Clare Valley yields one of the worlds great styles of Riesling. This youthful, aromatic, dry wine has intense mineral and floral aromas on the nose. These aromas follow through on the palate leading to flavours of lime, citrus and white blossom. Tropical fruits and citrus dominate the fresh, racy acidity and a distinct minerality comes through on the palate leaving a fantastic, clean finish.

1 x Soumah Chardonnay Yarra Valley
A nose of toasted hazelnuts, cold butter and a slight struck-match lift over classic varietal stone-fruit notes. The palate is a delicious combo of hazelnuts, basil leaves, creme-fraiche acidity and the Mendoza-clone’s signature clementine tang with a taut, structured finish.

1 x The Listening Station Chardonnay
Refreshingly unoaked, citrus and white peach flavours combine with a zesty fresh acidity and a clean, bright and linear mineral finish. The judicious addition of Langhorne Creek Chardonnay adds palate, weight and texture. Ultimately, this is a bright expression of a Victorian Chardonnay.

1 x Mountbridge No.1 Reserve Chardonnay
This well balanced medium bodied wine displays intense fruit flavours and stone fruit aromas with an underlying hint of vanilla. The creamy peaches and butterscotch flavours develop into a long crisp finish.

1 x Tempus Two Silver Series Pinot Gris
Crisp and refreshing characters of pear and passionfruit with floral undertones. A refreshing wine with vibrant natural acidity, citrus flavours, and a long satisfying finish.
