1 x Yalumba Menzies The Cigar
This wine is red in hue with crimson highlights. The nose is at full intensity flaunting savoury blackcurrant fruit and cherry ripe highlights. The wine’s palate shows a warmer vintage and opens with cassis and ripe cherries. There are layers of plum and cherry fruit entwined with middle weight tannins giving a lengthy savoury textured finish.

1 x Soumah Pinot Noir Yarra Valley
A nose of wild strawberry and allspice veiled with black pepper.The palate shows fresh summer pudding notes of berries and cream, underlined with a bright seam pf acidity and very gentle minerality.

1 x Mitolo Jester Shiraz McLaren Vale
Deep, dark red. The nose is bright, lifted and aromatic,with raspberry, blackberry and mint chocolate characters. The palate is concentrated with a luscious rolling texture and packed with fresh blackberry and plum, dark chocolate, liquorice and a hint of white pepper spice. The wine is juicy and plush with silky tannins that linger, providing a drying, savoury finish.

1 x Sixty Clicks Shiraz Mataro Victoria
A really expressive, bright, contemporary Aussie red. The nose of soft, open, chocolatey fruit has a clove note with a palate of fresh brambly, cherry-red fruit that leads to a gently spicy finish.

1 x Tempus Two Silver Series Merlot
Aromas of dark berry and cherry flavours, balanced with French Oak characteristics. Medium depth crimson with cherry red hues. A round, plump merlot, with red berry and bramble fruit and a rich full palate balanced with French oak characters, leading to a wine of generous length of flavour and a soft full finish.

1 x McGuigan Black Label Red
Made mainly from shiraz, this is a soft but full-bodied red with flavours of spicy plum, cherry and blackberry. Matches tomato based dishes well and will cope with spicy Asian dishes. Unusually for an Aussie red it is just 12.5% abv.
