The prefect balance of fruit and oak make this an ideal rioja for drinking with or without food. Brilliant value as we buy this directly from the Bodega in Spain.
2 x Tras La Yesca Tempranillo
Very harmonious, aromatic wine. Medium-bodied and elegant. Dark red with rubin hints. Ripe black fruit with notes of vanilla on the nose. Juicy tannins. Balanced and fresh.
2 x Albarino Granbazan Etiquets Ambar
Fresh almost tropical aromas then stone fruit and citrus on the palate with a creamy texture, mineral notes, vibrant acidity and classic saline characters. Quite ripe and complex in style but with fresh balancing acidity and a classic saline character.
2 x Verdejo Diez Siglos Rueda
Intense aromas of stone fruit, tangerine oil and citrus. A rounded and complex palate, with peach and apricot fruit and notes of grass and fennel. Textural, though bright and pure with a long finish.
2 x Rosado Senorio de Sarria
Garnacha grapes are harvested from the estate’s vineyard No 5, close to the winery. Here old bush vines (average age 60 years) are planted on brown limestone and loam soils. Bright and intense red cherry and berry characters with hints of strawberry. Ripe, mouth-filling and concentrated with some tannic grip, yet balanced by fresh acidity.
2 x Cava Brut Mas Macia Penedes
A fresh and nicely creamy Cava with complex flavours of apples and stone fruits with herbal notes and some nutty, yeasty notes from time on the lees. Good acidity and a long, savoury finish.
