Restrained herbal aroma of grass and green pepper. Light, zippy and refreshing with tomato leaf and elderflower.

2 x Pinot Grigio Cataratto Antico Fregio – Italy
Lemon sherbet on the nose with a hint of pear skin. This is attractive, well-balanced and slightly rounded with a hint of apricot stone on the finish and fresh acidity.
