Sharp aromas of fleshy fruits (acid pineapple, apricot and peach) with a light vegetable background. Significant volume in the mouth, unctuous, saline, contained acidity and subtle finish. Smoothness initially, tied to the palate. Highlighting the typical characteristics of the grape variety and its harmony.

Pale lemon in colour. The nose is perfumed and lifted, with aromas of fresh citrus fruit and hints of fennel. On the palate, the wine is balanced and well-structured with a refreshing acidity which carries the aromas onto the crisp finish.

This wine has a distinct pink grapefruit flavour profile, mid-palate weight and texture and a fine acidity. Bright and aromatic, it has become known as a benchmark for Adelaide Hills and Australian Sauvignon Blanc.
1 x Wairau River Pinot Gris Marlborough – New Zealand
Wairau river has some of the oldest Pinot Gris vines in New Zealand, planted in 1990. This trendy mineral influenced Marlborough white, captures the very essence of the regions clean and pure climate. Succulent ripe pear on the nose, with melon, apple and apricot flavours. Light lees ageing gives the palate some weight and a creamy texture without being cloying. A lingering finish complements the exotic spice and fleshy character, with well-integrated lemon notes.
