1 x Chateau de Parenchere Cuvee Raphael Bordeaux – France
The Cuvee Raphael offers delicate aromas of ripe cherry and cassis on the nose. On the palate, the wine is harmonious; displaying power, structure and freshness all at once. The fruit is omnipresent and the tannins are present but very soft.

1 x Tuscante Governo Toscano IGT – Italy
This comes from Tuscany and uses Tuscan grape varieties but methods usually found up in the Veneto to make passimento valpolicella and amarone. Part of the wine is fermented normally and part uses partially dried grapes. This gives a richer wine with smooth ripe fruit. This is like a rich version of Chianti with spicy black berried fruit.

1 x Domeco de Jarauta Vina Marro Crianza Rioja – Spain
The prefect balance of fruit and oak make this an ideal rioja for drinking with or without food. Brilliant value as we buy this directly from the Bodega in Spain.

1 x Geoff Merrill G & W Cabernet Sauvignon – Australia
This rich Cabernet is blended from two regions that impart a distinct identity, Graymoor in Coonawarra and Wickham Downs in McLaren Vale. It has a deep red colour with youthful purple hues. The aroma shows intense varietal characters of menthol, black olive, mint and capsicum with subtle complex oak in the background. The palate is wonderfully supple and fleshy with fine firm tannins providing excellent structure.

1 x Bon Courage Estate The Pepper Tree Shiraz – South Africa
This full-bodied wine suggests ripe fruit reminiscent of spicy plums and ripe berry fruit. Pepper and vanilla flavours follow through onto the palate with the wine showing soft tannins after 12–18 months in French oak.

1 x Irene Morales Carmenere Cabernet Sauvignon – Chile
Elegant with whispered notes of blueberry, black pepper and some blackcurrant leaf. The palate is well structured with peppery tannins.
