1 x Chateau Croix de Rambeau Lussac St-Emillion – France
The nose is fruity and offers a very fine concentration/richness. It reveals notes of ripe cassis, Boysen berry and small notes of fleshy small red fruits associated with fine touches of nutmeg and spices. The palate is fruity, well-balanced and offers a juicy frame, minerality as well as fat. On the palate this wine expresses notes of ripe cassis, Boysen berry and small notes of fleshy/crushed red fruits associated with a fine touch of flowers as well as slight toasted hints and vanilla. There are a hint of ripe almond and a hint of vanilla on the persistence. Tannins are well-built and very discreetly chewy. A very slight almost saline hint on the background.

1 x Bodega Colome Estate Salta Malbec – Argentina
Deep bright red with a magenta hue. Aromas of black and red fruits including blackberries, blackcurrants, raspberries and cherries, with touches of violet floral notes and hints of spices and minerals. Fresh and fruity on the palate with muscular structure and round, velvety tannins. A fine, delicate yet lengthy finish.

1 x Bon Courage Estate Pepper Tree Shiraz – South Africa
This full-bodied wine suggests ripe fruit reminiscent of spicy plums and ripe berry fruit. Pepper and vanilla flavours follow through onto the palate with the wine showing soft tannins after 12–18 months in French oak.
