This wine is pale yellow with green hues. A powerful nose of blossom, white fruit, tinged with a hint of fine minerality. The palate is fresh and supple with flavours that resonate on the long and enticing finish which highlights the intricate balance between the fruity aromatics the vibrant acidity.

2 x Coto Mayor Blanco Rioja – Spain
Clean and bright with beautiful intensity and flavours of tropical fruit and citrus. A powerful fresh attack gives way to a round texture balanced with a good acidity, releasing the fruit. A very well balanced wine.

2 x Nua Pinot Grigio Delle Venezie DOC – Italy
A very classic Pinot Grigio with notes of nuts, pear, and melon. This is beautifully balanced with fresh citrus acidity and a nutty finish. Zesty and fresh.

2 x Cape Marlin Chenin Blanc – South Africa
Fragrant and aromatic with tangerine, yellow and red plums and nectarine. Fruit forward and juicy with well-balanced acidity.

2 x Pinot Gris Tempus Two Silver Series – Australia
Crisp and refreshing characters of pear and passionfruit with floral undertones. A refreshing wine with vibrant natural acidity, citrus flavours, and a long satisfying finish.

2 x Peregrino Sauvignon Blanc – Chile
Well-balanced with restrained aromatics of citrus and minerals, this has lemony acidity and a lightly herbal finish.
