2 x Pierre Lacasse Merlot – France
Medium depth of colour with notes of red cherries, subtle herbs and garrigue with a suggestion of white pepper on the finish.

2 x Tuscante Governo Toscano IGT – Italy
This comes from Tuscany and uses Tuscan grape varieties but methods usually found up in the Veneto to make passimento valpolicella and amarone. Part of the wine is fermented normally and part uses partially dried grapes. This gives a richer wine with smooth ripe fruit. This is like a rich version of Chianti with spicy black berried fruit.

2 x Senorial Tempranillo Rioja – Spain
Shiny dark crimson in colour with violet hues. Light bodied with baked raspberry fruit. This is juicy and easy drinking with quite firm tannins on the finish.

2 x Toro Fuerte Malbec – Argentina
Inky red with lush flavours of ripe juicy berries and purple fruits. Notes of herbs, liquorice and purple floral notes, while at the same time being bold and earthy.

2 x Peregrino Cabernet Sauvignon – Chile
Appealing spicy notes of cinnamon and clove with black fruit flavours underneath. Medium bodied with soft tannins.

2 x Tempus Two Silver Series Shiraz – Australia
Rich and ripe raspberries balanced with subtle notes of white pepper. The palate shows red berries, with hints of white pepper and spice. Well integrated soft tannins providing great length and finish.
