Lieux Perdus Pinot Noir Rose

Description

This delicate rosé is made using the classic rosé de presse method combined with the expertise of white wine vinifcation; Pinot Noir grapes are gently pressed to extract the colour without tannin and cool vinified to capture all the delicate aromatics and flavours. To maintain freshness the wine is then bottled under screwcap.
Light, dry, pretty pink; strawberries aromas lead to a palate packed full of creamy red fruit flavours balanced with a bright, blackurrant finish.
