Description

Much valpolicella ripasso tried a bit too hard to be amarone in our opinion. This organically grown wine comes from a vineyard at 350metres overlooking the Valpantena valley. With a nose that could easily be mistaken for pinot noir, it shows wonderful elegance with balanced ripe fruit and gentle acidity. It is what ripasso wines should be. Try this when you want a red to cut through a richly sauced dish.
