1 x 1 x Dandelion Vineyards Menagerie Grenache Shiraz Mataro Barossa Valley
On the nose there is an intriguing mix of red plum aromas, alongside earth, crushed rose petal, soy and bay leaf notes. Rounded and rolling tannins take over on the palate, there is generosity and complexity without overindulgence, with woven flavours of red berry compote, green herbs, spice, pepper and shavings of dark chocolate making for a playful seriousness.

1 x Soumah Pinot Noir Yarra Valley
A nose of wild strawberry and allspice veiled with black pepper.The palate shows fresh summer pudding notes of berries and cream, underlined with a bright seam pf acidity and very gentle minerality.

1 x Sixty Clicks Shiraz Mataro Victoria
A really expressive, bright, contemporary Aussie red. The nose of soft, open, chocolatey fruit has a clove note with a palate of fresh brambly, cherry-red fruit that leads to a gently spicy finish.

1 x Willunga 100 Grenache McLaren Vale
A bright aromatic wine showing red cherry fruit, earthy spice and liquorice notes. The palate is generous and laden with red fruits, complemented with cardamom spice and woody herbs, over a supportive frame of fine grained tannins. A juicy and vibrant wine.

1 x Tempus Two Silver Series Merlot
Aromas of dark berry and cherry flavours, balanced with French Oak characteristics. Medium depth crimson with cherry red hues. A round, plump merlot, with red berry and bramble fruit and a rich full palate balanced with French oak characters, leading to a wine of generous length of flavour and a soft full finish.

1 x McGuigan Black Label Red
Made mainly from shiraz, this is a soft but full-bodied red with flavours of spicy plum, cherry and blackberry. Matches tomato based dishes well and will cope with spicy Asian dishes. Unusually for an Aussie red it is just 12.5% abv.
