Rounded and soft with a good length. The best Soave comes from the Classico region where the hills allow maximum sun exposure to the grapes during the day but cool down at night, retaining acidity.2 x Pecorino Terre di Chieti Tor del ColleA crisp and fresh Pecorino from Abruzzo, lemon-green in colour with blossom and grapefruit aromas on the nose. The palate is dry and crisp with a zesty citrus acidity and notes of white peach, pear and green apples.2 x Bardolino Chiaretto Villa BorghettiIf you've ever been to Lake Garda and sipped a glass of rosato on your hotel balcony it's a pretty safe bet that it was a glass of Chiaretto.
