2 x Prosecco Treviso Famiglia PasquaLight and fresh with attractive aromas and flavours of melon and green apples. Well-balanced with fresh acidity and a lively mousse2 x Rose 11 Minutes PasquaIf you think only the only decent dry rose comes from Provence this should open your eyes - it's a stunning wine with wonderful presentation. The Corvina varietal, which dominates in terms of percentage, was chosen for the floral aromas as well as the significant acidity it gives to the wine. Trebbiano brings elegance and a long finish; Syrah gives fine fruit and spice notes to the glass and finally, Carménère creates structure, ensuring stability over time. This a fresh, enveloping rosé with an intense and complex bouquet, created to accompany spring or summer evenings and more.2 x Pinot Grigio Colori d' Italia PasquaThe wine has a straw yellow colour and, on the nose, it offers floral sensation that recall the aroma of acacia blossom, with hints of pear as well. Its flavour is intense and very well balanced, with fruity notes of apples and pears.2 x Bianco Passimento Veneto Romeo & JulietThis is made with the grape of Soave, gargenega, which has been partially dried before fermentation. Intense aromas of citrus fruits, almond and peaches on the nose, followed by a well balanced palate with a crisp dry finish.2 x Valpolicella Ripasso DOC San VincenzoMuch valpolicella ripasso tried a bit too hard to be amarone in our opinion. This organically grown wine comes from a vineyard at 350metres overlooking the Valpantena valley. With a nose that could easily be mistaken for pinot noir, it shows wonderful elegance with balanced ripe fruit and gentle acidity. It is what ripasso wines should be. Try this when you want a red to cut through a richly sauced dish.2 x Passimento Rosso Veneto Romeo & JulietBaby Amarone! This is made with grapes that have been partially dried before being fermented. It is rich with flavours of plums and cherries with a rich smooth finish. Please note that we reserve the right to change wines in the case should we run short of stock.
