Pale light yellow colour, delicate and complex bouquet with fruity notes of peach, green apple with second notes of acacia and wisteria. Fresh and light on the palate, with balanced acidity and body, harmonious with a long persistent aftertaste.

3 x Prosecco Treviso Famiglia Pasqua
Light and fresh with attractive aromas and flavours of melon and green apples. Well-balanced with fresh acidity and a lively mousse.

Lemon sherbet on the nose with a hint of pear skin. This is attractive, well-balanced and slightly rounded with a hint of apricot stone on the finish and fresh acidity.

Made from vines grown near the village of Lugny this performs way above its price range. Full bodied with ripe melony fruit it is the perfect wine with richer seafood dishes - shellfish particularly.

2 X Chateau Haut Grelot Blanc Cotes de Blaye - Bordeaux
Pale yellow with green hints, bright with silver tints. Very expressive nose with intense exotic fruit, grapefruit, white peach aromas. On the palate, good freshness and finely balanced with a long aftertaste. This wine wins numerous Gold medals annually at prestigious wine competitions such as; Concours de Bordeaux, Concours Mondial de Bruxelles and Concours Agricole de Paris.

An intense sun drenched golden yellow. Bouquet of fresh apricot and white peach. Full and savoury on the palate with a hint of white pepper.

2 X Morgon Domaine de Gry-Sablon - Beaujolais

A very charming wine with lovely fruit purity, bursting with red cherry, raspberry and cranberry, with a hint of spices and liquorice. Rich and soft this is juicy, full of fruit and easy drinking.

2 x Chateau Fourcas Dupre Listrac-Medoc
The 2016 Fourcas-Dupres has a very elegant bouquet without shortchanging on fruit. The aromatics here are packed with blackberry, raspberry and light cassis aromas, the oak nicely integrated and with a subtle estuarine note emerging with time. The palate is medium-bodied with crisp, grainy tannin. There is plenty of fresh, energetic black fruit here laced with black olive and a pinch of brine, fanning out towards the satisfying, long finish.

2 x Chateau Tanesse Cadillac
This fantastic chartreuse property is owned by Eric Gonfier a very succesful vignerons and it is among the best of the appellation, producing firm, rich wine from predominately Merlot and Cabernet Sauvignon grapes. Tanesse has classic structure, but in recent vintages and with skilled winemaking this fruit forward style has really delivered a smooth easy drinking red with an extra depth of softness, some subtle oak, ripe tannins, and an excellent balance.

2 x Chateau Mayne-Vieil Fronsac
The vineyard is planted on fairly steep slopes of clay and silt soil. The 35 year old Merlot vines are trained low and planted close together. Permanent grass cover and green harvesting keep yields low. A ripe and pure nose, offering creamy black fruit and dark roast coffee. Tannins are firm but ripe and beautifully pure and linear, and the palate is concentrated and already well-knit, if still a little youthful. Packed with intense black, mulberry-flavoured fruit, the ripeness makes this very drinkable now and it will continue to develop more complexity over the next 5 years.

Notes of red fruits, slightly spicy from a blend of 50% merlot and 50% cabernet sauvignon, supple easy-drinking everyday claret.

2 x Chateau Fayau
A deep purple colour, this wine reveals flavours of red fruits, wild strawberry and cherry. It is supple and round on the palate with fine tannins and a plesant aromatic freshness. Fantastically modern and versatile Bordeaux.
